National Queer Theatre
Mid Monday Morning, LLC partnered with the Board of Directors of National Queer Theatre to support a governance-focused strategic planning engagement centered on clarity, alignment, and effective decision-making. The work focused on naming and sequencing strategic priorities, strengthening board stewardship, and introducing practical decision-making frameworks to guide leadership across growth scenarios.
Mid Monday Morning also established the infrastructure for a SWOT-to-Action methodology and led organizational asset mapping to align existing resources with strategic goals. In parallel, the firm served as Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) consultant, developing board-level guidelines around pay equity to support transparent, values-aligned compensation practices.
